The food and atmosphere was great but the best thing about this location was the staff. They were 10/10 great customer service.

Lovely restaurant not in main tourist area. Great food, great service. There was enough variety for everyone including the vegetarians among our party. Highly recommend.

Excellent second visit to this super delicious and super friendly restaurant close to Nestroyplatz in Vienna&rsquo;s second district across from Webster Private University. Sat outside and people watched the world and a few friends go by. The food and service were exceptional!

This hidden gem in Vienna offers hight quality seafood, i experinced the best seabass grilled in saltcrust, the delicous aspargus soup, and amaizing olives from coatia.The lemon sorbet was outstanding.All the staff were friendly and kind.If anyone likes seafood this place is recommended.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our meal.

Extremely Comfortable and Entertaining Service! I was there with my Father and we enjoyed it trough and trough! Food was Delicious! Drinks were Nice! Service was Perfekt and we liked the Appearance of the Restaurant too! The only thing that was hard for my heart were the prizes! :O But either way i will definitely come again thank you! :)

It was Outstanding like always, been to a lot of Hard Rock Cafes , but Vienna has the best Service !!! They really care about their customers!!! If you get a chance ask for Iggy he always takes such good care of us,  They all are super nice , food and drinks Outstanding!!! Always have so much fun coming here and can&rsquo;t wait to come back again!!!

The staff was very welcoming and competent. Even thought the oven was out of service there was a good menu and the food equally tasty.

A small shop on the street, when I went there was no one inside, and I was a little worried about stepping on thunder, but the taste was not bad, the juice was also very good, the pineapple mixed juice, more distinctive.
